We’re not going anywhere!

A Hofmeister has been practicing dentistry in Bartlett Illinois since 1987. I’m hopeful that a Hofmeister is practicing dentistry in Bartlett in 2087.

Mark Hofmeister (Jamie’s dad) started plying his trade out of an old barn off of Stearns road. He then moved his business in 1994 to a brand new location down the block at 1048 Norwood Lane (into a building constructed by his father - Howard Hofmeister). And the business has stayed put ever since. Jamie and I bought the practice in April 2021. We signed a 10-year lease, but we never intended (or intend) to leave. This is home!

The owners of the building (Jamie’s grandfather’s estate trustees - i.e., her father, uncles, and aunt) recently put the building up for sale. Several patients have commented on the “For Sale” sign and inquired as to whether or not we’re moving. As stated above, we’re not going anywhere. Maybe Jamie and I will buy the building. Or maybe someone else will buy the building. Regardless, Hofmeister Family Dentistry is staying put.
